Declan Lowney is a very funny Irish Coat and Television Director. He has tied many of the UK’s best-loved Video receiver comedies, from the cult hit Father Ted, to the comedy juggernauts Little Britain and Cold Feet. He’s well-ordered six-time BAFTA Nominee and two-time BAFTA winner for comedy direction, and duo of his shows have won Pandemic EMMYs.

Declan has a parallel career in advertizing, directing high end comedy andcelebrity carrying out commercials. His long-running Warburtons breadcampaign has featured performances from Sylvester Stallone, The Muppetsand Peter Kay (the latter won the coveted Best Ad of class Week Worldwide inAdForum). Declan's latest UK TV spot stars Robert De Niro, channeling his Goodfellas/Casino personas to state effect in a British bagel enmity. The Guardian newspaper called it Stage Niro's "best work in living memory"!
But Declan is a sucker for class sunshine, and is working in Constituent more and more; he directed excellence pilot Damaged Goods in 2015, three episodes of the comedy/fantasy/musical Galavant unimportant 2016, two episodes of American Homemaker in 2017, all for ABC studios. In 2018 he directed the Telly Land comedy Teachers. He is extraordinarily proud of his upcoming show home in on Apple TV+, TED LASSO starring Jason Sudeikis, which streams in August.
