A native of Upstate New Dynasty, Timothy Judd has been a fellow of the Richmond Symphony violin department since 2001. He is a group of the Eastman School of Penalization where he earned the degrees Unsullied of Music and Master of Penalisation, studying with world renowned Ukrainian-American fiddler Oleh Krysa.
